Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your standards.

Kindly note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds on custom made pieces.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender and processed within 10 days of return.
Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping is for free.
Please allow seven working days for Standard shipping to deliver your purchase. 
If you have placed a Custom order this may take longer due to the nature of Custom design and make. 
If your order is a rush, please email info@danaarish.com , we will do our best to prioritize your order.

We will provide a tracking number once the package is shipped out and we will follow the tracking number to ensure the package arrives to you on time.

Shipping within Israel: 4 business days.
Shipping to the US/Australia: 1-2 weeks.
Shipping to Europe or anywhere else in the world : 1-3 weeks.
Shipping may be delayed in the event of holidays or bad weather.
If you have not received your package after 30 days please contact us and we will locate your item. Note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
